We prefer letters that refer to something published in Arab News. They must include the writer’s full name, postal address and mobile phone number, for verification purposes. Letters should not have been submitted to, published by or posted on any other media. Letter writers should be transparent about any personal or financial interest in the subject of their letter. 
Letters will be fact-checked and edited for clarity, and any opinions expressed should be the writer’s own.
