At the invitation of Saudi automotive company Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors — Hyundai, a Saudi media and press delegation visited Hyundai Motor Company’s headquarters in the Korean capital, Seoul. The delegation was received by the company’s senior officials, who briefed the journalists on the latest production and design technologies of Hyundai. The group participated in a press conference held by the company for launching the Hyundai Sonata 2020 and the new family SUV Palisade, both of which will be launched eventually in Saudi Arabia by Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors Company — Hyundai.
The press event was held in the world’s largest integrated technical center of Hyundai Motor Company. The Saudi media delegation witnessed the different stages of car production at the center. The company’s officials spoke about Hyundai Motor’s plans and future strategy to cope with the enormous advances in the automotive industry.
The delegation then moved to the company’s Research and Development Center, which is located in Seoul and built on an area of 3 million square meters, and employs more than 13,000 engineers.
Members of the delegation were briefed about the safety driving procedures and safety systems available in Hyundai cars. They were also given the opportunity to test drive some of the new cars on the center’s track.
