Russian army builds camp to quarantine workers at Siberian gold mine

The Russian army prepares a camp to quarantine thousands of workers at a Siberian gold mine, after hundreds of employees tested positive for the coronavirus. The first coronavirus case was detected at the Olimpiada mine, which employs around 6,000 people, at the beginning of this month. Russia has recorded 317,554 total coronavirus infections, including 2,821 in the Krasnoyarsk region, with 3,099 deaths nationwide.
