Ramez Mohamed Galal Ahmed Tawufik, known professionally as Ramez Galal, is an Egyptian presenter, actor and singer. He is the son of the theater director Galal Tawfik. 

Galal studied in the Higher Institute for Dramatic Arts in Egypt in the acting and directing department. Galal entered military service after graduating, then returned to acting.

The host of the well-known prankster TV show, “Ramez Aqlahu Tar,” Galal has generated both praise and controversy. In the show, celebrities are subjected to dangerous activities and are seen fearing for their lives. 

Despite the show’s popularity, Galal received criticism from aspects of the Egyptian media and medical establishment that claimed the show goes too far.
