Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is a commercial bank in the United Arab Emirates which was formed in 1985 as a public shareholding company with limited liability.

The bank was established as a merger between Emirates Commercial Bank, Federal Commercial Bank and Khaleej Commercial Bank. 

Its services include retail banking, wealth management, private banking, corporate banking, commercial banking, cash management, investment banking, corporate finance, foreign exchange, interest rate and currency derivatives, Islamic products, project finance and property management services.

ADCB is the third largest bank in the UAE in terms of balance sheet size and offers a range of commercial and retail banking services to customers.

Employing more than 5000 people, ADCB has 56 branches in the UAE and one branch in Jersey. It also operates out of representative offices in Singapore and London.

In 2021, ADCB was featured in Forbes magazine’s Global 2000 and World’s Best Banks lists.
