Jordanian businesswoman Randa Muhammed Sadik has been CEO of Arab Bank since February 2022. Previously she was deputy CEO for more than 10 years. 

Sadik has more than 36 years of experience in banking, including 24 years at National Bank of Kuwait, where she held various leadership roles, including general manager of the international banking group. 

She holds an MBA degree from the American University of Beirut. Forbes Middle East has named Sadik among the 50 most powerful businesswomen in the Middle East.
