MAKKAH, 30 August 2005 — The total value of agricultural projects carried out by national contracting companies in Makkah is SR57 million, Al-Yaum newspaper reported. The companies work in maintaining and operating streets in eastern Makkah with total contract value of SR699 million. The companies are also responsible for maintaining the street, tree planting and children playgrounds.
