JEDDAH, 1 September 2005 — A four-day symposium on the prophet’s life, organized by the Directorate of Education in Jeddah, has concluded at Dar Al-Hekma College.
The symposium, with the theme of “Allah’s messenger as you see him,” focused on the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as a teacher in all walks of life.
It targeted 1,000 teachers and educators to coach them in how to incorporate the morals and wisdom taught by the prophet into different school subjects.
“We aim to insert the prophet’s conduct as a teacher to his nation in all school topics through workshops and lectures. A number of instructors from the Kingdom as well as the Gulf and Arab countries participated as speakers and trainers,” said Jawaher Mahdi, the director of the Education Development Administration.
In all 12 speakers participated.
