RIYADH, 27 November 2006 - Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah received Singaporean Premier Lee Hsien Loong at Al-Yamamah Palace here yesterday.

The king and the premier discussed developments in the regional and international arenas, cooperation between the two countries and ways of enhancing cooperation in all fields.

The Singaporean premier thanked the king for his warm reception and generous hospitality accorded to him and his delegation.

The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Adviser to the King Prince Bandar ibn Salman ibn Mohammed; Finance Minister Ibrahim Al-Assaf and Planning Minister Khaled Al-Gosaibi.

Meanwhile, the king received a message from Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The message was delivered to the king by Iran Vice President and Head of Heritage and Tourism Commission Esfandiar Rahim Mashaie here yesterday.

Mashaie conveyed to the king the greetings of the Iranian leadership. In turn, the king sent his greetings to the Iranian leaders.
