The accord was signed by the Saudization House CEO, Tarrad Omari and SCOPI’s chief Nidal Bitar.
The agreement provides for SCOPI to appoint a chief operation consultant in Riyadh for advising the Saudization House as well as a host of consultants to work on reviewing and executing the employment strategies of Saudis, according to a statement issued by SCOPI.
Speaking during the signing ceremony, Omari praised Jordan for accumulating ”a soft power as well as oriental experience with western knowledge” over the past two decades as invaluable capabilities.
”This added value for Gulf countries needs to be invested properly, positively and fastly. This is the main reason for us, for choosing SCOPI to develop our business at the Saudization House,” Omari said.
“We are attracting expertise to apply the best of the international practices in the sphere of local manpower development so as to contribute to efforts aimed at reducing the unemployment of Saudi youth,” he said.
From his part, Bitar welcomed the signing of the agreement with the Saudization House, which he described as one of the pioneering Arab establishments in the field of manpower development and investment.
