JEDDAH: The Diriyah Gate Development Authority has been recognized as one of the top workplaces in Asia for 2022.
The recognition was awarded by Great Place to Work, a global authority recognizing workplaces that exhibit work culture excellence.
The list surveyed a total of 70 organizations within Asia, measuring key workplace benchmarks, including employee benefits, programs and high-quality relationships characterized by trust and camaraderie.
The accolade comes on the heels of the authority being ranked among the best places to work in Saudi Arabia earlier this year.
Commenting on the achievement, Jerry Inzerillo, group CEO of the authority, said: “We at DGDA are extremely proud to receive this recognition that embodies our dedication to uplifting our valued team members.
“Our organization continues to emphasize the development of local human capital, with more than 85 percent of DGDA’s staff consisting of Saudi nationals, 14 percent of which are from Diriyah.

The authority is tasked with preserving, celebrating and developing the iconic landmark of Diriyah into a premier global tourist destination. This recognition echoes the work the organization is doing to continuously enhance its work culture and the local community.
